PIAZZOLLA100 2025 REGISTRATION

All music program participants must submit a google form to complete registration. One form is required per person.  

Your registration fees include all workshops and private classes which you are registered for and your music parts. Showcasing participants must be available on JUNE 17.  Showcase participation is free of charge. See specific requirements for each instrument in MUSIC PROGRAM.

Private coaching with the maestros can be scheduled once Festival Registration is completed. Please indicate this on your registration form or contact us directly. 

Concert tickets should be purchased separately. Festival registrants receive a unique discount code upon completing the registration & paying the tuition. If you will be showcasing on JUNE 17, no ticket purchase is necessary.

Professional musicians are not required to submit an enrollment video but must complete the registration form. Students must submit an enrollment video for proper placement. This does not need to be a professional video. A video of 1-3 minutes taken with a phone or iPad is sufficient. Please include only yourself playing - no accompaniment. 

We offer a 20% discount for working artists. Please fill out the registration form and list your professional affiliation (local 802 union membership, employment or freelance affiliations) to receive your unique professional discount code. 

Your music parts will be emailed to you upon completion of registration and payment of tuition.  A downloadable schedule will be available to registrants by Wednesday, June 11. 

Workshop material is subject to change based on the attendees enrolling. Workshops and masterclasses are subject to cancellation if a minimum enrollment is not achieved. In this case the registrant will received a full refund, otherwise registration is non refundable and nontransferable.  Special circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

JUNE 15 & 17 events will include MILONGA (social dancing) for everyone! Special workshop attendees have the opportunity to showcase their choreography at the JUNE 17 concert to live orchestra accompaniment. Please indicate your desire to participate on the registration form.
