GRAMMY nominated Argentine pianist,  composer, arranger and producer. Pianist for Mariano Mores with decades long experience in tango, Jazz, "Candombe uruguayo," traditional Argentine folklore.  His project "As Tangoes By" brought together Paquito D'Rivera, Ruben Rada, Yukie Kawanami, Walter Rios, Federico Britos, among others.

DANCE

Argentine-born tango dancer, 1997 & 1998 TONY AWARD winner for Best Choreography for the show ‘Forever Tango’ on Broadway. Winner of 1999 Tango World Championship, featured with Symphonic Orchestras in New Mexico, Long Beach and Costa Mesa. Choreographer for Tulsa Ballet and judge at The Tango Mundial.

Argentine-born Latin GRAMMY Award winning musician & educator featured with New York City Opera, at The Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Carnegie Hall, Lisner Auditorium of George Washington University and the Embassy of Argentina.

Guitar Ensemble / Vocal Program

Argentine-born guitarist and 3rd generation tango artist is a unique culture bearer. He has performed with Argentine artists  Juan Carlos “Tata” Cedrón, Norma Peralta, and Rubén Llaneza and with European artists Michel Kiener, luthier and researcher Luc Breton, and Ensemble Fratres. He performs regularly in Argentina, the US and Europe. 

CO-DIRECTION, DANCE 

Tango Fundamentals / Women's Technique 

Featured at Centro Cultural Kirchner in Buenos Aires, Lincoln Center, Metropolitan Museum of Art and National Museum of Dance. Special tango guest with Savion Glover, Greenwich Symphony. Director of Nuevo Tango Ballet, Dean's Artist-In-Residence at NYU, recipient of NYCSA, LMCC & Dance/NYC Awards.

CONCERT ARTIST

Violin II, Cuartetango string quartet 

A graduate of The Juilliard School, where he obtained his BM and MM degrees, member of the Simon Bolivar Orchestra, which he joined at age 14, and current member of the NJ Symphony and the Harrisburg Symphony, Francisco worked with conductors Pierre Boulez, Kurt Mazur, Seiji Ozawa and Stanislav Skrowaczewski.

Viola, Cuartetango string quartet 

Featured in Carnegie Hall, Madison Square Garden and with members of Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center,  Northeast Pennsylvania Chamber Music Society, the Harrisburg Symphony, Reading Symphony, Hudson Valley Philharmonic. Professor of violin and chamber music at Aaron Copland School of Music at Queens College (CUNY)

Latin GRAMMY Award nominated cellist of Cuartetango, principal cellist of Orquesta del Teatro di San Carlo in Naples, Italy, New York Pops, Greenwich Symphony Orchestra and Greenwich Chamber Players, American Ballet Theater, Glimmerglass Opera, Orchestra of St. Luke’s. Little Orchestra Society and Mostly Mozart Festival.
