PIAZZOLLA100: THE NEW YORK TANGO FESTIVAL JUNE 12 - 18, 2025

A MULTIDISCIPLINARY FESTIVAL CELEBRATING THE TANGO CULTURE

You are invited to attend special concerts & milonga, taking place across New York City. 

ARTISTS & FACULTY

See our artists in concert & study with award-winning faculty of Argentine Tango musicians and dancers.

MUSIC PROGRAM

Play in a  tango orchestra “Orquesta Tipica,"  String Orchestra and in Ensembles for bandoneon and guitar.

Program includes coursework on styles & technique for all strings (violin, viola, violoncello, contrabass) piano, guitar, flute, harp, bandoneon, accordion and voice.

Performance Opportunities & Private Coaching with Maestros!

DANCE PROGRAM

The program is designed for students of all levels from beginner to dance professionals who want to learn tango. Dance programs includes 12 hours of whorkshops and 2 milongas.

We encourage everyone to participate! Your music audition video is designed to help us place you in the right group.  Tango is a genre and a whole culture  - all students and professionals can benefit from our workshops.

No. There is no minimum age requirement (or maximum age for that matter!). We encourage a multigenerational environment. For younger students you must be able to attend classes on your own and have basic knowledge of your instrument, this is why we ask for a video submission.

You can email us to be placed on the email list that will keep you up to date and connected.  Registration will open no later than May 1st.
